INNIO named to prestigious A list for supplier engagement

JENBACH, Austria – August 5, 2025 – INNIO Group has been recognized by the prestigious global non-profit environmental organization CDP for its strong engagement with suppliers on climate change topics, earning a place on CDP’s 2024 Supplier Engagement A List. This recognition is awarded to companies that show outstanding transparency, ambition, and action in managing climate issues within their supply chains.

As part of its commitment to combating climate change and reducing overall emissions, INNIO is implementing environmental initiatives across its entire supply chain. INNIO delivers reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy solutions for a wide range of industrial sectors and critical infrastructure. The company’s offerings range from decentralized and sustainable power generation to balancing renewables, as well as the combined provision of electricity, heating, and cooling.

By 2030, INNIO aims to reduce Scope 3 carbon emissions – indirect emissions along the value chain – including those from key raw materials, by 42%. More than 80% of INNIO’s top 200 suppliers have committed to halving their greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.
