The latest wire harness design for Waukesha’s VHP* Series ESM* 12 cylinder engines provides a more robust design for reliable operation in harsh oilfield conditions.

The new design reduces the risk of harness failure and utilizes a modular design that can be repaired or replaced in sections. The new harness can easily be installed on existing 12 cylinder ESM engines to enhance the reliability and uptime of the ESM control system.

  • Simplified wireway housing design to minimize contact between harnesses and metal wireway housing
  • Wire splices made with ultrasonic technology to reduce potential harness failures with connectors
  • Ignition coils with integrated harness leads
  • Robust metal bulkhead connectors with secure locking mechanism
  • Robust wireway mounting brackets to reduce potential vibration
