Important information regarding COVID-19
This page is dedicated to information and resources about INNIO’s activity and response to this developing situation.
The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all of us. At INNIO* Group, the health and safety of our global INNIO family is our top priority. At the same time, we are doing our very best to live up to our commitment to deliver and support critical infrastructure throughout the world.
Our global crisis management team was activated at the end of January, and we continue to operate our plants in Austria, the US and Canada. At our primary manufacturing sites, we have increased the physical distance among employees as much as possible, including working in separate shifts, and have increased our sanitation practices.
Our sales and service operations and warehouses continue to operate globally. We are fully committed to providing customer care remotely, including through our myPlant Asset Performance Management (APM) offering, or with service technicians on site. More information is available at https://www.innio.com/en/services/digital/myplant
For the mobilization of our Field Service Engineers, we have activated guidelines to help safeguard their health and safety and the health and safety of those around them.
If we can help you during these difficult times, please reach out to us so we can continue to deliver the support and services you expect. Find your nearest INNIO Jenbacher* and Waukesha* sales and services providers here: https://www.innio.com/en/company/providers
